A Premium Chalet Project Surrounded by Nature
Set in the peaceful hills of Dunga Gali, Murree, this featured project consists of six luxury chalets designed to offer comfort, style, and a strong connection with nature. The aim was to create homes that blend with the beautiful mountain landscape while showcasing the elegance of premium Pakistani natural stone.
To achieve this, three carefully selected stones were used throughout the project: Silver Singhara Stone (Swat Silver Sandstone) for the exterior, Travertine Singhara Stone for feature walls, and Chitral White Stone for the interior walls.
Chalet Elevation with Silver Singhara Stone
The exterior of each chalet is finished with Silver Singhara Stone, also known as Swat Silver Sandstone. Its soft grey tones and natural texture give the chalets a modern yet timeless appearance that fits perfectly with the surroundings of Dunga Gali.
The stone not only improves the chalet elevation design but also provides excellent durability, making it suitable for the cool weather and changing seasons of Murree.
Feature Walls with Travertine Singhara Stone
To add character to the architecture, Travertine Singhara Stone was installed on selected feature walls. Its natural surface and warm texture create attractive focal points that make the exterior design more appealing.
The feature walls bring depth and detail to the chalets without taking away from the simplicity of the overall design.
Elegant Interior Walls with Chitral White Stone
Inside the chalets, Chitral White Stone was chosen for the interior walls to create bright, clean, and welcoming living spaces. The natural white colour reflects light beautifully, making the rooms feel larger and more open.
Its subtle texture adds a premium finish while complementing wood, glass, and other modern interior materials.

Every stone used in this project was selected to match the natural surroundings of Dunga Gali, Murree. From the exterior elevations to the interior walls, each material adds its own character while maintaining a consistent architectural style.
The combination of Silver Singhara Stone, Travertine Singhara Stone, and Chitral White Stone creates six chalets that are elegant, durable, and designed to stand the test of time.
