Project Overview
This project is located in the beautiful hills of Dunga Gali, Murree, and includes six luxury chalets. The goal was to create modern homes that match the natural beauty of the mountains. Premium natural stones were carefully selected to give each chalet a stylish look while ensuring strength and long-lasting performance.
Three different natural stones were used throughout the project: Silver Singhara Stone (Swat Silver Sandstone), Travertine Singhara Stone, and Chitral White Stone. Each stone was chosen for a specific area to create a balanced and elegant design.

Chalet Elevation with Silver Singhara Stone
The chalet front elevation design is finished with Silver Singhara Stone, also known as Swat Silver Sandstone. This natural stone has beautiful grey shades that blend perfectly with the mountains and forests of Dunga Gali.
The stone gives the chalets a modern and premium appearance to it front elevation while providing excellent durability. It is a great choice for areas with changing weather because it is strong, long-lasting, and easy to maintain.
Feature Walls with Travertine Singhara Stone
To add beauty and texture, Travertine Singhara Stone was installed on the feature walls. Its natural finish creates attractive focal points and adds depth to the overall design.
The warm colours and unique texture of the stone make the chalets look more elegant while keeping a natural and welcoming feel.
Interior Design with Chitral White Stone
For the interior spaces, Chitral White Stone was used on selected feature walls. Its clean white colour makes the rooms feel brighter, larger, and more modern.
The natural texture of the stone adds character without making the interiors look busy. It works perfectly with wood, glass, and modern furniture, creating a calm and luxurious living space.
